It’s a peaceful locality. The plots are ready to move in, so we can start construction whenever we are ready. The landscaping and tree planting looks well done. Water supply is 24X7, which is essential. Only concern is the road leading to the main street is a bit narrow. Overall, it feels like a sound decision for our future home.

It's also very close to Sree Abirami Hospital Private Limited, which gives us peace of mind. The developer, Nisarga Property Develope, offeplots which gives us flexibility to build our dream home. The amenities like the Children's Play Area and the Badminton Court are great for us. It's ready to move in, which is a big plus. The only drawback is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak school hou, but it's manageable. We are happy with the Vastu compliance too.
