The 4 BHK builder floor offea generous 2400 square feet of built-up area. It is ready to move, having been completed in June 2023. The gated community offegood security, and the common terrace with a walk-way is a pleasant space. Having amenities like Park Hospital and Lotus Valley International School within nearby is very convenient for daily life. The price starting at 4.0 crore is significant, but the quality appeadecent. One issue we noticed is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby secto, which can be a bit irritating at times, but hopefully, it will settle down.
