We were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat and Nirvana Nandanavanam fit the bill. We got a 2 BHK which is about 1205 sq.ft. The location in Bachupally, North Hyderabad is quite good for us as it's close to the Nehru Outer Ring road, making commutes easier. The price was around 71.1 Lakh which was in our budget. The children's play area and the gymnasium were also important factofor us. The Wi-Fi clubhouse is a nice touch for when we want to relax or have friends over. We still need to see how the 24x7 water supply holds up, especially during peak usage, but so far it’s been fine. Nirvana Infra Build Pvt Ltd seems to be developing this nicely.
