We chose Nirvana Dove Valley because it is very close to Kendriya Vidyalaya - No.1 Vasco Da Gama, practically zero minutes away, which is a huge relief for us. The 2 BHK flats are quite large, ranging from 1002 to 1162 square feet, giving our children plenty of room to play. The children's play area and swimming pool were major attractions for us. The Vastu compliant design was also important for our family. We visited the site and liked the overall setup. The developer, Nirvana Nest Buildcon, seems to have a history of delivering projects. While the location is good, the construction dust from nearby ongoing development can sometimes be a nuisance, especially with young kids. But we are happy with the decision so far.
