We liked the location in Deolali Camp, especially its proximity to Barnes School and Junior College, which is a short distance. The Military Hospital is also very close, about a 6-minute drive. The carpet area for our apartment is 682 square feet, which feels much more spacious than our current rental. Nirmiti Infrastructure is the developer, and they are aiming for completion by October 2026. We are looking forward to the internal roads and footpaths being completed properly. The only minor issue is that parking appeato be a bit tight, especially if we have guests with ca, but we have secured our spot. The power backup is a good addition.
