After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place in Baramati. Nirmiti 7 Hills offered a 2 BHK flat with a good carpet area of 500 Sq.ft. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex is quite nice and gives a pleasant feel. It's good that they have storm water drains installed, which is important for monsoon season. The proximity to Mehta Hospital is also a big plus for me at this stage of life. The construction quality looks solid, and it’s ready to move in, so no waiting.
