    I recently moved into Nirman Viva F, opting for a 1 BHK flat around 380 sq.ft. The price was around 38 Lakhs, which fit my budget. Being ready to move was the main attraction. The location in Raghav Nagar is decent, though not super central. I appreciate the solid waste management system they have implemented. The children's play area is nice, even though I don't have kids, it adds to the community feel. The main concern is the noise from the nearby main road, especially during the day. It’s something I am still getting used to.

    We chose Nirman Viva F primarily because of its proximity to Podar International School, practically nearby, which saves us so much commute time. We have a 2 BHK flat here, around 650 sq.ft carpet area. The kids love the dedicated play zone within the complex. The solid waste management system is also something we noticed and appreciated. The price point was competitive for the area, falling within our budget of about 55 Lakhs. Construction quality seems good so far. We haven't received the OC yet, which is a slight concern, but they assure us it's coming soon.
