  As a single working woman, I needed a safe and convenient place, and Nirman Silver Mist C D Building in Lohegaon fit the bill. I got a 1 BHK with a carpet area of 298 square feet. It’s a ready-to-move property, which was perfect. The location is good, close to schools and hospitals, making daily life easier. The developer, Nirman Buildcon, has provided essential amenities like lifts and a children's play area. The community hall is also a nice touch. My main concern is the distance to the Ramwadi Metro Station, which is nearly 5 kilometeaway, making public transport a bit of a stretch. The car parking is adequate though.

  We were looking to upgrade from our rented place and found Nirman Silver Mist C D Building. We decided on a 2 BHK configuration. The location in Lohegaon is decent, and it's good that it's a ready-to-move project. The developer, Nirman Buildcon, has included amenities like a gymnasium and a children's play area. The landscaping and tree planting make the common areas look pleasant. However, the carpet area for the 1 BHK is listed as 298 square feet, and the 2 BHK details were less clear, making it hard to judge the exact space. We are hoping the nearby Ramwadi Metro Station, nearby, will be beneficial for commuting soon.

  We moved into Nirman Silver Mist C D Building about six months ago. The 298 square feet carpet area for the 1 BHK felt a bit small when we fit saw it, but we managed to make it work. Location in Lohegaon is quite convenient for my office in Kharadi, takes a short distance get there. The developer Nirman Buildcon seems to have included decent amenities like a gymnasium and a children's play area, which we use sometimes. Construction quality appeasolid so far. The main issue is the traffic getting out of Sant Nagar during peak hou, it can be quite frustrating. Overall, it's a decent place for starting out.

  Our family shifted here last year. We chose Nirman Silver Mist C D Building primarily because Pragatti International Schools is literally nearby, which is a huge relief for the kids. The project is ready to move, which was important for us. We have a 2 BHK, and while the carpet area details weren't fully clear for this configuration, the layout is functional. The community hall and center are good for events. My only concern is the dust on the Lohegaon-Wagholi Road, especially during construction phases nearby. It's manageable, but noticeable. The landscaping and tree planting efforts are quite nice though.
