I visited Nirman Sai Construction Nirman Sai Niwas and found the 2 BHK flats to be of a good size, around 1076 Sq.ft built-up. The amenities like power backup and a fire fighting system are important for safety and convenience. The flat is ready to move in. The main concern for me is the dust and noise from ongoing construction nearby. It's a bit distracting right now.
