The location is convenient, close to Jessore Road. We were impressed by the community amenities like the amphitheater and indoor games. The NIrmala Group is known for delivering projects, and this one is ready to move. The price for the 3 BHK was about 1.12 Cr. While the project looks good, the drainage in the immediate vicinity seems a bit questionable during heavy monsoon. We are hoping the builder has addressed this.
