As a business owner, I value convenience and quality. Nirgun Rise in Bopal offeboth. The location is excellent, with the BRTS route and SP Ring Road nearby, making commutes easy. I purchased a 3 BHK flat which is 1650 sq.ft built up, providing ample space for my family. The limited edition, no common walls aspect is a major draw, ensuring privacy. The gymnasium and business center are useful facilities. My only minor concern is the dust during the ongoing construction phases nearby, but that's typical for developing areas. The security cabin and overall landscaping look well-maintained. It’s a good option for a family home.

We were renting a small place and wanted to upgrade to a 3 BHK in Ahmedabad. Nirgun Rise seemed like a great option for our budget, starting at 69.0 Lakh. The 1650 sq.ft built-up area for the 3 BHK is much larger than our current rental. We love the idea of a children's play area and a badminton court for our evenings. The location is good, close to the BRTS route and SP Ring Road, making our commutes easier. Having Saraswati Multispeciality Hospital nearby is also reassuring. Our only worry is the parking situation; we have two caand hope it is sufficient. The promise of limited edition, no common walls is a huge plus for us. We are excited to move in.

I would need to investigate this further before making any concrete decisions. The build-up area of 1650 sq.ft is standard. There are many amenities like a multipurpose hall and business center, which is good, but the lack of OC is a deal-breaker for now. I need to be sure about the legalities.

I decided on a 3 BHK flat, which is 1650 sq.ft built up. The no common walls feature is fantastic for privacy. Being ready to move in was a big plus, as I did not want to wait. The library is a good amenity for quiet afternoons. My only reservation is that Thaltej Metro Station is nearby, which might be a bit far for occasional travel. However, the immediate surroundings seem quiet and pleasant, which is my priority.

We wanted a comfortable place for my parents in Ahmedabad and found Nirgun Rise. The location in Bopal, near Delhi Public School Bopal, is convenient for them. They liked the idea of a Senior Citizen Siteout and the general landscaping. It is a ready to move in property which is good. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious at 1650 sq.ft built up area. My parents were impressed with the 360-degree open view apartments. It seems like a peaceful place for them to settle down. The amenities like the library and gymnasium are also a nice touch for their daily routine. I am hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable.
