    As a business owner, I needed a property with good connectivity and amenities. Nirankari Luxury Floois located at a junction of 3 major roads in Uttam Nagar, which is excellent for accessibility. I purchased a 4 BHK builder floor, 1200 sq.ft, for my extended family. The price was around 1.1 Cr, which is substantial but justifiable for the space and location. Having a hospital and school within walking distance is a major plus. The construction appeasolid, and it's ready to move in by January 2025. The only minor issue is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is common in Delhi.
