The project offeexcellent amenities, including a gymnasium and a club house, which are great for unwinding after a long day. The project is ready to move in, which simplified my relocation process considerably. The price range is between 1.44 Cr and 2.23 Cr, which is a significant investment but offegood value given the location and features provided by Nirala India Parivar. The ample car parking is also a welcome feature.

The project has plenty of amenities like 24x7 water supply and a clubhouse. The location is decent, close to Gaur City Hub at 500m. My only minor issue is the traffic on the Greater Noida West Road during peak hou, it can be quite slow. Otherwise, the security is good with 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The price was within my budget for a 2 BHK.
