They have studio apartments, and we are considering a larger one, maybe around 1122 square feet carpet area, although the price goes up to 1.4 Crore for that size. The completion date is April 2030. The proximity to DELHI WORLD PUBLIC SCHOOL NOIDA EXTENSION, which is nearby, is a big advantage for us. The project also includes a children's play area and a swimming pool. My only concern is the distance to the metro station, Noida Sector 81 Metro Station, also nearby, which might be a commute challenge for us.
