We liked the modular kitchen with chimney and wardrobes already fitted in the washrooms, saving us a lot of hassle. The location near Yamuna Expressway is convenient for my husband's commute. The price point was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 1.45 crore, but the ready-to-move status was a big draw. The gymnasium and kid's pool are great additions for future use. The large balconies with seamless glass are also a nice touch for enjoying the view.
