I keep an eye on new developments in the city and Nimbus caught my attention. I checked the site in Mouje-ghoghali and the pricing is quite attractive. For someone looking at a 3 BHK unit, the 901 square feet carpet area is reasonable. Raut Realty seems to have planned this well. My main worry is the access road, which is quite narrow and might get crowded once all these apartments are occupied. I am considering this as a long-term hold until 2028. It is not exactly a premium project, but it serves the purpose for someone looking to own property in an emerging location within a strict budget.

Recently booked a 3 BHK at Nimbus after comparing a few projects in Nagpur. The 901 square feet carpet area is quite decent for a family of four. Raut Realty is the builder and they are targeting a March 2028 completion date. The price range starts from 21 Lakh to about 29 Lakh which is very competitive for this configuration. My wife and I visited Nimbus in Mouje-ghoghali last week. Since I am retired, I was looking for something affordable and quiet. The 2 BHK flat with 681 square feet carpet area seems perfect for us. The price point of around 21 Lakh is quite reasonable for a new launch in this part of Nagpur. Raut Realty explained the timeline clearly and mentioned the project should be ready by March 2028. I am not too happy about the lack of amenities mentioned, but for this price, I guess one cannot expect everything. The area is peaceful right now which is what we need. We are thinking of finalizing the booking next month after checking the site one more time.
