We finally moved into our 2 BHK at Nimai Place last week. It felt like the right time to upgrade from our rental place in Palam Vihar. The built-up area is good, around 786 to 800 square feet, which gives us enough space. My husband liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 security. The gym is also a nice addition for us to stay fit. We chose this location because it's close to Dwarka Expressway, making commutes easier. The price was within our budget, around 90 L. One thing we noticed is the dust on the balcony, probably from the ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that settles down soon. Overall, it's a good start for us.
