Finally got the keys to my fit flat at Nilanjan Crystal! It's a 1 BHK with about 406 square feet carpet area, which feels just right for me. The location in Murari Nagar, Nashik is quite convenient, close to the Ambad – Satpur link road. I liked that they have 24/7 water supply and also rainwater harvesting, which shows they are thinking about sustainability. The developer, Sanjay Madhavrao Bhavsar, seems to have a decent track record. The only slight worry is the parking; it's open parking and I hope it doesn't get too crowded. Overall, it's a good start for me and I'm excited to move in.

The location in Murari Nagar, Ajmeri Nagar is good, and it’s near the Ambad – Satpur link road which helps them get around. Sanjay Madhavrao Bhavsar's project offeessential amenities like 24/7 water supply and open parking. My parents are happy with the proximity to Progenesis Fertility Center, though they don't need it now, it's good to know it's there. The only minor issue is that the carpet area for the 1 BHK is on the smaller side, but for my parents it works fine. It’s ready to move in, which is a huge relief.
