It is also very convenient that VPS LAKESHORE HOSPITAL is nearby, providing peace of mind. The price point of 38.6 Lakh was attractive for us as a young couple starting out. We checked the lift system and it works reliably. The landscaping is also quite nice. We are happy with our decision to buy here.

The fact that it is ready to move was a huge plus for us, as we did not want to wait for construction. We liked the idea of a yoga and meditation area within the complex. The location in Edakochi is decent, though reaching the main roads like NH-47A can sometimes involve navigating through smaller streets which are not always in the best condition. Overall, it's a good upgrade from our previous rental.
