We were looking for a spacious home in Ghaziabad and settled on Niho Blossom. Our 3 BHK flat is 1756 square feet, and it cost us around 79 Lakh. It's ready to move, which was a huge relief. The proximity to Aamrapali English Senior Secondary School, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. Niho Construction has included a children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids absolutely love. The project also has 24x7 CCTV surveillance which gives us peace of mind. The only small issue we've encountered is that the roads within Ahinsa Khand 2 can get a bit narrow and congested during school drop-off and pick-up times. Other than that, it’s a good family home.

We were looking for a ready-to-move flat and found Niho Blossom. We picked a 3 BHK, around 1700 square feet, which cost us about 77 Lakh. The location in Ahinsa Khand 2 is okay, not too far from Noida Electronic City Metro Station which is nearby. The apartment has good light and ventilation, as promised by Niho Construction. The swimming pool and gymnasium are definitely a plus for us. The only thing is the parking space feels a bit limited if you have guests over. Otherwise, it's a comfortable place for us to start our journey together.

I bought a 3 BHK flat in Niho Blossom, which is ready to move. The size is around 1666 square feet, and the price was about 75 Lakh. The location in Ahinsa Khand 2, Ghaziabad is decent, close to the main road which helps for my business travel. The amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are good for unwinding after a long day. It was completed in 2014 so it’s not a new construction, but the builder Niho Construction seems to have a reasonable track record. My main concern is the traffic getting out of Ahinsa Khand 2 during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Otherwise, it serves its purpose.

Niho Construction has provided essential facilities like a children's play area and a club house, which are great for our family. The area is well-connected, making our commute to work easier. The only downside is that we noticed the water pressure can be a bit low during peak usage times, especially in the mornings. It’s a big step up from our rental place, and we are happy with the overall value.
