Gulmohar Colony Bus Stop is a short distance, which is a bonus for public transport. The 3 BHK flats by Niharika Projects are spacious, and I am considering a 1450 Sq.ft unit. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by March 2026. I like the idea of a gymnasium and swimming pool for staying fit. However, I have heard that traffic can be quite heavy in this area during peak hou, which is a bit worrying for my daily commute. The 24x7 water supply is a must.
