It is also very close to the Chinsurah Bus Station, making commutes easy. The project is under construction and expected to finish by June 2027. We are considering a 3 BHK apartment, the carpet area being around 801 square feet. While the location is fantastic for medical access and transport, the dust and noise from ongoing construction are noticeable. We hope Nibedita Developemanage this effectively. The surrounding area seems to be developing, which is encouraging for future value.
