    We finally bought our own plot at Next City in Veerapandi. It’s nice that we can build our home exactly how we want it. The plot sizes are reasonable, from 574 Sq.ft upwards. Being close to Vellamadai Bus Stop is convenient for commuting. Thambu Higher Secondary School is also right there, which is perfect for our kids. The only slight concern is the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects, but we expect that to settle down.
