The 4 BHK villas are a good size, around 3160 sq.ft for the larger ones, which gives them plenty of room. The proximity to Ovum Hospitals and Auxilium School, both within nearby, is a major plus for their well-being. Nexon Buildeis handling the project, and it's under construction with an expected completion in December 2031. I'm hoping the internal roads and footpaths will be well-maintained. The main concern for me is the distance from the main city; however, the Whitefield Metro Station is nearby, which might help connectivity eventually.
