We bought a 2 BHK flat here mainly for its location. It's very close to Velammal New Gen School, almost nearby, which is perfect for our children. Kauvery Hospital is also very nearby. The flat is 1290 Sq.ft and it is ready to move in. The price was about 70 Lakhs. The amenities like the children's play area and 24x7 water supply are useful for families. The car parking provided is adequate for our needs. My only concern is that the completion date isn't clearly available, and OC received status is also not stated, which makes me a little anxious about the final handover process. Otherwise, the project seems solid.
