I invested in a plot at Newry Sanctum, looking for a good resale value in the future. The project is ready to move, which is a positive sign. I bought a larger plot, 2500 Sq.ft. The location in Chennai West, Thirumulaivoyal, is in a developing area, which usually means good appreciation. The developer, Newry Properties (P) Ltd, offeplots with good features like rainwater harvesting and water conservation. However, I noticed that the OC received status is not available, which might be a point of concern for some buyeAlso, the pricing, especially for the larger plots, goes up to 98.75 Lakh, which is a significant investment. The nearby infrastructure is still growing.

We needed a place with good space for our growing children, so we looked at plots. Newry Sanctum offered plot sizes up to 2875 Sq.ft, which is quite generous. We selected an 800 Sq.ft plot. The project includes a children's play area and even a skating rink, which my kids are very excited about. It's located in Thirumulaivoyal, and there are schools nearby like ORCHID HIGH Venkateshwaraa Matriculation School, nearby. The price was a bit on the higher side for the smaller plots, but the amenities made up for it. The developer, Newry Properties (P) Ltd, has ensured good infrastructure like storm water drains and street lighting.

We recently purchased a plot at Newry Sanctum. Being a gated community with amenities like a children's play area and a skating rink, it felt very family-friendly. We bought a 780 Sq.ft plot. The overall budget was within our reach, around 50 Lakh. The location in Thirumulaivoyal is decent, though getting to the main IT corridor takes a bit of time daily. One slight concern is the traffic during peak houon the main road leading to the project. However, the promise of 24x7 water supply and street lighting is reassuring. This is my fit property purchase, and I chose a plot at Newry Sanctum. I went for a smaller plot, 200 Sq.ft, as my budget was around 35 Lakh. The project is in Thirumulaivoyal, Chennai West. It's a gated community with good security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The developer, Newry Properties (P) Ltd, has completed the project by December 2023. I liked the idea of building my home from scratch. My only small worry is the distance from the metro station, Thirumangalam Metro Station is over nearby. But overall, for a fit-time buyer, it felt like a safe investment.
