We finally booked a 2 BHK in Newry Adora. The size is around 925 Sq.ft which feels good for us. Location in Avadi is decent, close to Thirumullaivoyal Road. The price was around 55 Lakhs, which was within our budget. The developer, Newry Properties (P) Ltd, has promised completion by June 2028. We liked the idea of the Skating Rink and Badminton Court they are building. One thing we are a bit worried about is the ongoing construction dust in the area, but hopefully that cleaup once things are finished. Overall, it seems like a good place to start our journey together.

As a government employee, I look for reliability and value. Newry Adora seemed like a good option. I am considering a 2 BHK, around 929 Sq.ft, with a budget of about 60 Lakhs. The location in Avadi, near the railway station, is convenient for commuting. Newry Properties (P) Ltd is developing this project, which is currently under construction and expected to be completed by June 2028. The inclusion of 24x7 CCTV Surveillance and Rainwater Harvesting is reassuring. My only concern is the traffic on Thirumullaivoyal Road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy. Otherwise, the price seems competitive.

Relocating to Chennai for work meant finding a new home quickly. I found Newry Adora in Avadi. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, around 1150 Sq.ft, which is ideal for my family. The price range from 43 Lakhs to 79 Lakhs is reasonable given the size. I was impressed with the specific amenities mentioned, like the Acupressure Pathway and Yoga / Meditation Area, which are great for de-stressing after a long day at Be Well Hospital Ambattur, which is nearby. The construction is ongoing, with a completion date of June 2028. Access to Thirumullaivoyal Road is good.

The project is still under construction, with completion expected in June 2028. I felt confident because Newry Properties (P) Ltd has a reputation for timely delivery in other projects. The amenities like the Children's Play Area and Gymnasium are a big plus. The main concern for me is the distance from the main city center, but Avadi is developing fast.

We appreciate the Gazebo and Landscaping & Tree Planting amenities, making it a pleasant environment. The car parking is available, but we hope it is sufficient for two vehicles. Overall, the location and school proximity are the biggest draws.
