The amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and Power Backup are essential for their comfort. Having Fusion International School very close by at nearby is convenient for any visiting grandchildren. The only slight concern is that Ameenpur can get dusty with ongoing development, but hopefully, the landscaping will help mitigate that.
