We were looking for a home close to our children's school and New Star Diamond Villa's location in Vadaperumbakkam is perfect. Narayana e-Techno School is literally nearby, which saves us so much hassle with morning commutes. We booked a 2 BHK Villa, which is 650 sq.ft, and it feels spacious enough for our small family. The price was within our budget, around 35.0 L. Having 24x7 security is a big plus for us with young kids. While the development is good, the approach road to the project can be a bit dusty during dry spells, which is a minor inconvenience. Overall, we are happy with the decision and looking forward to moving in.
