The 2 BHK flat we chose has a carpet area of 460 Sq.ft, which is adequate for our small family. It is ready to move in, and we liked that we didn't have to wait for construction. The price starting at 15.73 Lakh was within our reach. The project includes a water storage system and Vaastu compliance, which were factofor us. The developer, New Sarthak Realty, has provided basic amenities. However, the road leading to the project could be better maintained, it's a bit bumpy.
