We were looking for a larger space for our growing family and decided on New Dream Homes in Rajendra Nagar. The 4 BHK Builder Floor offea builtup area of around 2000 Sq.ft, which is much better than our current rental. It is ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait. The location is decent, close to Wazirabad Road and Loni Road, making commutes manageable. The price point was within our budget, around 1.4 Crore. Our only worry is the dust from nearby construction, but hopefully that will settle down soon. A One Properties seems to be a reliable builder based on what we've seen.

The main issue we've encountered is the traffic congestion during peak hou, especially near NH 24. However, the overall living experience has been positive.

The location in Rajendra Nagar is quite accessible; it's only a 3-minute walk to Shyam Park Metro Station, making my daily commute to work much easier. Holy Angels' Senior Secondary School being so close is also convenient. I did find the parking area a bit cramped, which is a minor inconvenience, but overall I am pleased with my new home.

The primary concern is the lack of available information regarding OC received, which makes me a little hesitant about the long-term legal aspects. However, for immediate housing needs, it serves the purpose.
