The only thing is that the OC is not available, which is a bit of a red flag. We need to investigate that further with New Akshara Construction. It's ready to move, so we could potentially shift in soon.

  After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place. New Akshara Arohi Apartment in Prashant Nagar looked promising. It's ready to move, which was a big factor for me.
