This is my fit property purchase, and I was a bit nervous. I decided on a 2 BHK apartment at Nesterra, which has a built-up area ranging from 813 to 846 square feet. The price for this was around 73 Lakhs. Triaa Square LLP P is the developer, and they have included a skating rink and an open gym which I found interesting. The location on Porwal Road is decent, and it's close to Ramwadi Metro Station. The project is under construction until December 2030. My main worry is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight and I hope it will be sufficient once we move in. Otherwise, the initial impression is quite positive.

The location in Lohegaon is reasonably connected, with the airport not too far away. The project offea gymnasium and a kid's pool, which are nice additions. It is under construction and expected to be ready by December 2030. One thing that concerns me is the pricing; it felt slightly high compared to some other projects in the vicinity, but the biophilic design and strategic zone amenities did sway me. Also, the 2.5 BHK built-up area of 82.94 sq.ft seemed a bit small for the price.
