I am buying a 5 BHK apartment in Nestcon OM for my parents who live in Pune. The large carpet area of 3050 square feet for the 5 BHK is ideal for them. The location in Sadashiv Peth, Mandai is familiar to them and close to places like Deccan Gymkhana. The project is currently under construction, with completion anticipated in December 2028. I appreciate the inclusion of a fire fighting system and electrical meter rooms as part of the amenities. My parents mentioned that parking might be a bit of an issue in this older part of the city, but for their needs, it should be manageable. Overall, it seems like a solid choice.

We've been renting for yeaand finally decided to upgrade to a 3 BHK in Nestcon OM. The location in Shukrawar Peth is quite convenient. The carpet area for the 3 BHK is 1256 square feet, which is a significant improvement for us. Being teache, the close proximity to Garware College Metro Station, a short distance, is excellent for commuting. The developer, Nestcon, seems to be focusing on essential amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which is important. The construction is still underway, with a December 2028 completion date. We hope the internal roads and footpaths are well-maintained after completion.

This is my fit property purchase, and I've chosen Nestcon OM in Mandai. I looked at the 3 BHK configuration which has a carpet area of 1256 square feet. The proximity to MES Sou Vimlabai Garware High School and Junior College, just a 2-minute walk away, is a huge plus for future needs. Also, Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is very close, a short distance. The construction is ongoing, with completion set for December 2028.
