We just moved into our 2 BHK at Nest Prosper a couple of weeks ago. The carpet area is around 635 Sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. It's really convenient having St Ann's School right next door, as we plan to start a family soon. The location in Chengalpattu is developing nicely. The Nest Builder seems to have done a decent job with the construction. We like the closed car parking facility provided. Getting around is easy with the Rattinakinaru Bus Stop just a stone's throw away. Overall, it’s a good start for us in Chennai.

Rattinakinaru Bus Stop being so close is a big plus for my daily commute to work. The Nest Builder has provided a ready-to-move flat, which was my priority.
