It is a ready-to-move property, so they could settle in immediately after I finalized the purchase. The location is excellent, very close to Sterling Hospitals and amenities like Race Coue Road. My parents are enjoying the landscaping and the jogging track. The 3 BHK flat they are in is about 2200 Sq.ft, which gives them plenty of space. The price was around 1 Crore, which I felt was justified for the quality and location. Neptune Realty Group has a good reputation.
