The built-up area is around 400 to 435 sq.ft, which is perfect for a single peon or a small family. The project is in Avadi, Chennai West. I chose this because it’s close to essential places like Deepam Eye Hospital, which is nearby. The Children's Play Area is a nice touch, even though I don't have kids yet. The Nellai Krishna Group seems reliable. My only minor concern is the dust on the internal roads around the project, which might get annoying sometimes.
