I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Neeraja Sunshine for my parents who are living in Bangalore. They wanted to be close to the hospital, and Cloudnine Hospital - HRBR is nearby, which is perfect. The 1500 square feet size should give them plenty of room. The price point around 42 Lakhs felt reasonable for the area and the size of the flat. It's good that the project is ready to move in, so they can shift immediately. My parents are also happy that there is a children's play area, even though they don't have young kids themselves, it adds to the community feel. I'm trusting Neeraja Developeand Promoteto deliver a good living experience for them.
