    As a business owner, I look for value and NeelKanth Vintage offered that. The 5 BHK villas are quite large, around 2150 sq.ft built up, perfect for a joint family. The price range is from 62.99 Lakhs to 95.01 Lakhs, and we found a good deal. The project itself is well-landscaped with good greenery and a jogging track. Having a mini theatre within the complex is a unique amenity. It's ready to move, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. My only small concern is the access road, it can get a little dusty during dry weather due to ongoing construction nearby. But the internal amenities like the water softener plant and health facilities are a big plus.
