The location in Atladara, off Old Padra Road, is quite convenient, being close to Pramukh Swami Hospital. Neelkanth Infra seems to have a decent track record. The construction was completed back in May 2013, so it's a ready-to-move-in property which was a priority. The price was reasonable for the size, around 72.9 Lakh. The jogging track and landscaping are nice touches for an evening stroll. Overall, it feels like a solid purchase for our retirement.
