Finding a home close to New Era English School was essential, and Neelam Primera Apartment is nearby, which is fantastic. We chose a 2 BHK with 744 Sq.ft carpet area. The price was about 43 Lakh, which was slightly higher than we initially planned but manageable. The project is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly. My husband liked the water conservation features. The proximity to the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway is also good for our weekend trips. However, the traffic noise can be noticeable during peak hou, which is a bit concerning for the kids. We are also waiting for the OC.
