I purchased a 2 BHK, and the 764 square feet carpet area provides ample space. It is a ready to move property, which simplifies things during a relocation. The developer, Neel Gaggan, has included good amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and Wi-Fi. The proximity to St. Paul School is also a bonus, even though I don't have children. My only reservation is the traffic on the main road leading to Naala, it can get quite congested during peak hou, but that’s a common issue in many cities. The Vastu compliance is a nice touch too.

The only slight worry is how they will manage without me there, but the amenities like the gymnasium should keep them occupied. Hopefully, the maintenance charges are not too high.
