Finally moving out of our rental apartment! We chose NDMS Mannat Tower because it is ready to move in and the construction was completed in December 2021. We are looking at a 2 BHK which has carpet areas ranging from 463 Sq.ft to 649 Sq.ft, so we can pick one that fits our needs. The area in Vora Bazar is developing nicely. HCG Hospital being nearby is reassuring. The price point, though not available here, we found to be reasonable for the size and location. We hope the maintenance charges are not too high.
