We finally moved into our 3 BHK at ND Sepal a few weeks ago. The 1312 square foot layout is perfect for us, with enough space for a home office. We love the gymnasium and the availability of Wi-Fi is a lifesaver for our work. The location in Harlur is good, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houwhen heading towards the main parts of the city. The Olympic size swimming pool is a great feature, although we haven't had much time to use it yet. ND Developeseem to have managed the construction well, it feels quite solid. We are happy with the community hall for gatherings.

This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in ND Sepal. I was looking for a ready-to-move flat in South Bangalore. The 1200 square foot built-up area felt right for my budget and needs. I really liked the community hall and the children's play area. The location in Harlur is convenient, though I am a little concerned about the dust from ongoing construction in the wider area sometimes. The apartment itself seems well-built by ND DevelopeHaving a gymnasium and a swimming pool is a bonus. The 3 open sides for the property provide good ventilation. It feels like a good start for me.

I purchased a 1512 square foot 3 BHK in ND Sepal back in 2006. At the time, HSR Layout was developing rapidly and I saw potential. It's ready to move, which is always a plus for investoThe project offedecent amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. Nearby civic amenities like schools and hospitals are also a draw. However, the access road to the project itself could be better; it's a bit of a bottleneck during peak times. The resale value has been steady, but not spectacular. It's a solid property from ND Develope, but maybe not the highest appreciation I've seen.

This ND Sepal project in HSR Layout was a decent option for us. We were looking for something ready to move and this fit the bill. The 1200 square foot 2 BHK is quite spacious for our small family. The kids play area and the swimming pool are good facilities for the children. Being in South Bangalore is convenient for accessing the city. The only minor issue we noticed is that the internal roads within the complex can be a bit narrow for parking two vehicles comfortably. However, the 24/7 water supply is a big plus, especially during the dry months. The landscaping is also well done, making it a pleasant place to live.
