As a business owner, I look for value and convenience. ND Ratna Residency offered a 1 BHK flat with a 440 sq ft carpet area at a starting price of 22.0 Lakh. The fact that it was ready to move in by December 2019 was a big advantage, saving me time and hassle. ND Developeprovided basic amenities like landscaping and storm water drains, which are functional. The location in Vihitgaon, Deolali Gaon, is developing, and I think it has potential for appreciation. My main concern is the lack of OC received, which is unusual for a project completed a while ago. Also, getting to the Nasik Road Bytco Chowk Bus Stop takes nearby, which is a bit far if you rely on public transport frequently. Still, for the price and readiness, it's a decent deal.

The location in Deolali Gaon, Vihitgaon is relatively peaceful. They have solid waste management and disposal, which is good to see. The price was around 22.0 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the area and the fact it was ready. My only slight concern is the road access to the main Nashik-Pune Road, it's a bit narrow getting there. But overall, for a retired peon looking for a quiet place, it suits my needs well. ND Developeseem to have completed the project as planned.

The location in Vihitgaon, near Deolali Gaon, is okay. It's close to Rashtrasant Aacharya Anand Rishiji School and not too far from Raddiant Plus Hospital. The electrical meter room and energy management are nice touches. My biggest issue is the traffic noise from the nearby Nashik-Pune Road, especially during peak houIt can get quite loud. Also, the parking space is a bit limited. Otherwise, it’s a quiet enough place for a single peon and feels secure.
