The price starting around 62.26 Lakh was within our budget as a young couple. The developer, Shubh AdvsioPvt. Ltd, has provided good amenities such as a gymnasium, club house, and terrace garden. The gated community with 24x7 security is a big plus. The location in Sector 10, near Inspire School, is decent. However, we noticed the dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which is a common issue in developing areas. The OC received status is also not available, which is a point of consideration.
