We chose NCR Monarch for our retirement home. The spacious 3 BHK, which is about 1910 Sq.ft, gives us plenty of room. It's a gated community with 24/7 surveillance, which provides a sense of security. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex feel pleasant. The construction is earthquake-resistant, which is reassuring. Although it was completed in 2012, the project feels well-maintained. The nearby Delhi World Public School is a plus if any visiting grandchildren need a school.

JSS BUILDCON PVT LTD D completed this project a while back, in 2012. The Vastu compliant design was important for us. The community also has indoor games and a multipurpose room which we can use. The construction quality seems solid, and it feels good to own a home here. The overall atmosphere is quite peaceful.

JSS BUILDCON PVT LTD D completed this project in 2012, and it's a ready-to-move-in property. The price point, up to 2.17 Crore for the larger units, reflects the size and location. The world-class clubhouse with gym and games is a great addition for residents. The earthquake-resistant structure provides confidence in the build quality. The only minor drawback is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas.

The location in Noida Extension, Sector 1 is quite convenient, with a wide road nearby that connects to Delhi and Noida easily. I also appreciate the 24/7 water supply and the power backup, which are essential. The only slight issue is that finding parking can sometimes be a challenge if you have guests over.
