We were looking for a villa in Greater Noida as I am relocating for work. NCR Auriel Towne Villa by Shubh AdvsioPvt. Ltd seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK villas are spacious, around 2100 square feet, which is what we needed. Being ready to move in was a huge plus for us given the tight timeline. The location in Knowledge Park V is decent, close to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital. However, the traffic on the main roads during peak houcan be quite heavy, which is a bit of a concern for my commute. We are still considering the price point, which starts at 1.37 Crore.
