We bought a 3 BHK apartment, and the size is quite good, fitting our family needs. The location in Yelahanka, North Bangalore, is peaceful. It's ready to move, which meant no long waiting periods. NCC Urban Infrastructure Limited has provided amenities like a children's play area and a swimming pool. The gymnasium is also a nice facility. The price range for the 3 BHK apartments goes up to 1.74 Crore. The only slight drawback is the dust on the road leading to the complex during dry spells, but it’s manageable.
