    We needed a place with good space for the family and NBR Homes offered spacious villas. Our 4 BHK is 1870 square feet, which is plenty of room for everyone. The school, Advaith International Academy, is right at nearby, which is fantastic and saves so much time in the morning. The hospital is also nearby at nearby, which is reassuring. We liked the multipurpose room for family gatherings. The construction was completed back in 2010, and it seems to have held up well. My only concern is the area around the project can be quite busy with traffic from Hosur Main Road, so getting out during rush hour needs patience. But having the school so close is a major win.
